MP-MSDP Series Precision Medical Pump

Flow channel mirror finish, extremely low pressure pulsation, enabling linear flow output.

This product is primarily applied in precision medical tube extrusion, automotive pneumatic tube extrusion, and conventional sheet extrusion. The types of materials it can process include PEBAX, PA, TPU, PC, PMMA, PS, PE, PP, ABS, PFA, PEEK, and other engineering plastic polymers.

Features

1. Effectively eliminate pressure fluctuations from extruder front end and die head, realize precise pressure regulation and greatly improve melt conveying efficiency.

They can quickly replace the filter screen without stopping the production line, intercept impurities, coke and particles in the melt, ensure the cleanliness of the melt, and eliminate losses caused by blockage and shutdown.
